I design and structure products and organizations, and create the tools and workflows that connect them. Nine years turning complex problems into clear, usable outcomes, from a product interface to a group's operating model.
Framed the agency's digital products end to end, from discovery to UI direction: Renault hello reno (in-app LLM assistant integration, tone, safeguards, multimodal content; app at 400k+ downloads), MG Motor's first client portal, and Volkswagen Group France's Genwin B2B platform for dealers and garages.
Built design systems from scratch (Genwin, MG, Apurna...); managed ~5 UI freelancers and a junior designer.
Scoped Carrefour's internal training platform, e-commerce redesigns (Lapeyre, Apurna) and brand-site redesigns (Forbidden Stories, Office for Climate Education, Harmonie Mutuelle).
At Group level, shaped the Creative Performance Business Line strategy and co-ran the France executive committee (general managers of all French business units) on a new operating model.
Built a generator that turns a client's Figma design system into production-ready web pages, brand-faithful by construction, with block-memory reuse of already-coded components. Cut delivery from validated mock-up to shipped code from 1-2 weeks to a day; now used in production at an agency.
Designed and shipped full websites end to end (UX, UI, Webflow, QA): Artypac (site plus an on-the-fly SEA landing-page engine), Internet Infrastructure Forum, and law-firm lead-generation sites.
Managed digital projects across creative, client and tech teams; configured Algolia search for Le Panier Bleu (a lockdown directory of open local businesses); learned and shipped Webflow sites (naturSource, Desjardins).
Built and produced the agency's first two podcasts end to end.
Co-designed and ran the multi-stakeholder governance process across three thematic streams; co-facilitated working groups of secretaries of state and General Counsels (Google, Facebook, Verisign), and co-drafted the Operational Approaches documents, a recognized landmark in internet governance.
Co-organized the 200-stakeholder Global Conferences (Ottawa, Berlin) and ran the organization's communications and visual identity.
