How do you turn a diffuse service offering into a unified, international Business Line?

Diagnosis & challenge

Altavia Group launched a rationalization of its services around three main Business Lines and their associated Practices. The challenge was to give this offering substance: let the Business Units that would carry it align with each other, share their work, and develop the material and tools to generate business in their markets.

Structuring

Within the Creative Performance offering, with the Business Line lead and the three Practice leaders, I formalized the missions, value propositions and shared presentations of the Business Line and its three Practices. These deliverables were discussed and revised with the participants of each offering to reach a shared vision, sharp and activable in each country.

I organized the working sessions with the general managers involved, kept the agendas, tracked deliverables, and structured the internal operating model and the tools stakeholders needed to grow their value in their market.
